We have many years of experience in event stewarding and security, with a diverse range of friendly staff to suit all events. Our team make it their mission to supply you with high quality steward personnel to match the needs of a full-scale team of stewards, security staff and management for a stadium match.

Our event stewards are right there on the ground interacting with your customers offering friendly advice and assistance. Throughout your event our trained stewards will assist in a variety of roles from manning entrances and checking tickets to assisting in emergency procedures and giving general advice to your customers.

Our corporate hospitality team are smartly presented, well-spoken trained security operatives. The privacy and safety of your most important clients is always our top priority and we strive to deliver a superior class of service.
- Traffic Management
We can provide you with a traffic control team who will take responsibility for all aspects of traffic management. They will direct traffic in your stadium parking area as well as managing access around the stadium making sure that emergency vehicle access is maintained at all times.
Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenced
We are an Approved Contractor under the SIA licensing scheme and our security staff are SIA qualified and hold all the necessary required licences. Members of our security and stewarding teams are trained and experienced in:
- delivering outstanding customer service.
- spectator safety and first aid techniques.
- health and safety.
All of our SIA licenced staff undergo strict screening in keeping with BS 7858. They are your stadiums front line for safety and customer care. From conducting bag searches to perimeter security our SIA staff will always act in a professional manner and ensure that your customers leave having had a positive experience.
Events, disabilities and dealing with a diverse audience
A key factor to our success in providing professional and reliable stewarding services is our understanding of how to adapt our responses to differing audience profiles. We start by creating an audience profile for each match event, which allows us to plan accordingly and appropriately . Audience profiles may differ according to age, gender, mobility or the availability of alcohol.
Managers will then brief steward teams on potential issues to be aware of, so that our steward teams can adapt their responses. Our versatile steward staff will also monitor crowd mood and behaviour to proactively manage the safety of the ticket holders.
